Our management team is being assisted by some high-profile ambassadors, appointed by My Club, who are closely affiliated with sports clubs. All of whom act as sponsors and marketing representatives to promote the vision and aims of My Club.

These Ambassadors help market My Club to clubs and offer their support where possible to their respective sport’s Governing bodies.

Sam Allardyce
Sam Allardyce

Football

Having played and managed at the highest level for 45 years, Sam mixes a wealth of professional football experience coupled with a love for the grassroots of the game. Sam is a massive advocate of the My Club ethos and plays an active part in supporting the My Club team.

John Salako
John Salako

Football

John Salako is an English former professional footballer and sports television pundit. He represented England at senior level, earning five caps, all during 1991 while he was a Crystal Palace player. Salako played in the Premier League for Crystal Palace, Coventry City, Bolton Wanderers and Charlton Athletic.

Liam Plunkett
Liam Plunkett

Cricket

Liam Plunkett is an English cricketer who bowls right-arm fast, and currently plays for Surrey County Cricket Club, having played for Durham and Yorkshire. Liam also played for England from 2005 until 2020. His first test for England was against Pakistan, and his final game was at Lords in 2020, where he took three key wickets in the World Cup Final to see England crowned World Champions after a historic Super Over against New Zealand. He is also part of the Welsh Fire squad in the ECB’s ‘Hundred’ tournament scheduled for July 2020.

Rugby Union International, Chris played No.8 for Wasps, Harlequins, London Irish and England. He was also a key member of the England rugby union Sevens squad that won the Sevens World Cup in 1993. A passionate advocate of Grassroots sport, Chris still coaches his local team.

Chandler is a former European Tour golfer. Now managing some of the biggest stars in world sport. Joined My Club in May 2016 as Golf Ambassador.

Amy Kilpin

Triathlon – Ironman

Amy Kilpin is a triathlete who started triathlon in 2012 with no sporting background and couldn’t swim one length of front crawl. She has gone on to represent Great Britain at age-group level at numerous European and World Championship events, qualifying for the coveted Ironman 70.3 World Championship a total of five times. In 2019 she was crowned age-group champion of the Ironman 70.3 South American Championship, and has aspirations to turn professional within the next few years.

Tennis (wheelchair tennis)

Lauren Jones is a Team GB wheelchair tennis player, ranked 4th in the UK and 45th worldwide. At the age of 13 she fell from a tree and broke her back leaving her paralysed from the waist down, which led her to try wheelchair tennis. She went on to excel at the sport, becoming junior girls World number 1 within two years, and winning Gold with teammate Alfie Hewett at the World Team Cup (the Davies Cup equivalent). Her career highs to date are rankings of number 3 in Britain and 24 Internationally, 10 national awards, 6 National Titles, 20 International Titles and 3 World titles. She is currently in training to compete at her first Paralympic Games and first Grand Slam tournament.

Swimming

Georgia Davies is a Welsh competition swimmer who has represented Great Britain in the European Games, World Championships and Olympic Games, as well as Wales in the Commonwealth Games, winning a host of medals for both the individual 50m and 100m backstroke, the 200m freestyle relay and the 4×100 medley relay events across all championships. She currently swims in the International Swimming League representing team Energy Standard, and is aiming to compete in Tokyo 2020 in her third Olympic Games.

Rugby League

With a career spanning more than 200 professional appearances, Toronto Wolfpack captain Josh McCrone is now in his third year of calling Toronto home. A consistent halfback who rarely makes an error, one of McCrone’s true talents is knowing the right moment to step up and take charge on-field.

Playing over 150 games experience in the Australian top-flight NRL with Canberra Raiders and St George Illawarra, 2020 signals a new challenge for McCrone, one that his is certain to take in his stride.

Taking his Club tally past 50 appearances, McCrone missed just one game for the Wolfpack in 2019 on his way to registering ten tries while also contributing from the kicking tee on occasion.

Alan Forsyth
Alan Forsyth

Hockey

Alan Forsyth is a Great Britain, Scotland and Surbiton hockey player. Player of the year and top goal scorer in the England Hockey Premier Division 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.

Alan has over 180 international caps and 102 international goals. He also coaches U12s to U18s at St John’s Leatherhead as well as Surbiton hockey club colts and seniors.

Club Sports

Jed is one of the most senior and well-respected figures in professional, semi-professional and grassroots sports. He has experience at all levels. Jed has owned and ‘Chaired’ clubs like Swindon Town FC and Worcester Warriors, and is currently involved with many clubs, notably Stratford Town FC.
